The link is a little slow right now, looks to be from way too many people trying to sign this petition. It is basically asking congress to stop the RIAA’s lawsuits and instead come up with a viable way for us to download the music legally.

I’ve been trying to sign it, but I think the database is overworked. I’ll be trying again later today, you should too.
